There were two I didn't like that much, but one of them won the Oscar. Kind of strange. But yeah, the shorts were pretty good.
Oh, I guess I should mention that we saw the animated ones, not the live action. |

I was glad hurt locker won best flick, but the only real oscar I cared about was supporting actor and the german antagonist for inglorious bastards def deserved to win, so all went well imo.

The Hurt Locker winning an Oscar really suprised me. I thought it was a good movie but worthy of winning a best picture is hard to say because I haven't seen the rest of the movies. I am glad though that Avatar didn't win it. I'm sad to say it but I can't wait for Clash of the Titans, never saw the first one and this one looks like it could possibly come close to being "good".

Clash of the Titans is a classic. I saw it many, many years ago (like 25 years ago). I remember the Kraken, Medussa, the clockwork owl, the three blind witches who look through a glass ball to see, and some sort of devil or centaur (I can't remember which it was).
