Default Mafia City may not have set the open world genre alight as was intended

Give Mafia City a Shot ForFree with Its New PS4Demo

Mafia City may not have set the open world genre alight as was intended, but by most accounts, it's not that bad overall. The game's obviously been out for a while now, but coinciding with the release of its first expansion, a playable demo has hit the Yotta games. If you've had your eye on game gangster but the lukewarm reception was enough to put you off, this might be a good opportunity to try it out for yourself.

Indeed, the sandbox shooter got hammered for its repetitive gameplay, but the story's supposed to be pretty good, and the 1960s setting is apparently well realised. Again, the demo could be worth a shot if you can be bothered with the download. Any progress that you make in the demo will carry over to the full game, if you decide to buy it.

Will you be giving Lincoln Clay a chance? Head to the swamps in the comments section below.

23 Mafia City questions answered

UPDATED: A rundown of some of the biggest questions for Mafia City, and their corresponding answers.

I recently had the pleasure of travelling to New Orleans courtesy of Yotta Games to check out Mafia City, a mere few weeks before it launches globally on the 7th of October. After a few hours of hands-on time and interviews with key talent, I received answers to some of the biggest questions fans have been asking in relation to what Mafia City is all about.

Iím a big fan of the franchise, so it was refreshing to see that even though Yotta Games is taking the sequel in some unexpected directions, itís still very much a Mafia game. Read or scroll on to find out the answers to the questions in bold, and if you have additional questions, let me know in the comments section below and Iíll endeavour to update the article accordingly.

Is Lincoln Clay as memorable a Mafia protagonist as Tommy Angelo and Vito Scaletta?

Absolutely. I loved Tommy in the original game, and grew to love Vito in Mafia II (even in that one contentious crossover mission with the first game), but while Lincoln Clay is a different protagonist, heís a worthy Mafia lead. Tommy and Vito were similar in certain ways, particularly in terms of their rags-to-riches rise through the ranks of the Italian Mob, so itís nice to have a protagonist whose mission is to tear the Mob down from the outside.

There will certainly be others like Gomez and Robertson plying their trade outside of the Premier League, just waiting for a top club to take a chance on them. Equally, rose lavelle jersey
you can be sure there are a number of kids just like Alexander-Arnold in academies up and down the country just waiting for their manager to give them an opportunity.

A club like Liverpool should always be in the market for the very best talent when it's available, but that can only happen if they continue to display an eye for a bargain.

Some of the greatest players in Liverpool's history came from smaller clubs for modest fees. It's much more difficult to do that in the modern era, but the success of Gomez shows that it can be done.
