Nah, Enchantress doesn't want that card. Land Tax is a card you have to build around. On average, I feel that Sensei's Divining Top slows down the game a lot more than Land Tax did in previous eras. With Land Tax, you're grabbing basics, so the decision is even simpler than using a fetchland. With Top, you're often activating it multiple times a turn, and you have to make a decision about which order to put the cards back in. Sometimes this requires only a glance, but sometimes the decision is quite difficult.

top should always be an easy decision if it's not you need to play the deck more.
